Money or your life!

A man was walking through a deserted street. Suddenly a robber pounced on him and said his usual punch line " Money or your life!!!" . The man smiled and said "My brother, at this moment both have no value to me!". The robber was not ready to believe. He pointed his gun to the man's head. The man silently pulled a slip from his pocket and showed the robber. The robber silently left the place. The colour of the slip was pink!

This World ! - A short poem

This world has lost its luster
but days and weeks go faster
Millions have lived and died here
but few have left their footprints here

Roads are broad, but minds are narrow
No one is shedding tears for other's sorrow
Smile is free only till the age of three
No one has time to sit under a tree

When children die starving silently,
money is spent for losing calories carelessly
Millions are spent on useless missiles
in countries where many are below poverty line

What can I do?, You may ask
Life is like that!, they all say
Let's make our own hearts pure
And pray to God for love and peace
